Somehow I Got My Own Radio Show...

The Indie Connection first went on the air on July 17, 2004. The hour long program airs weekly on 91.3 WKMS, Murray's 100,000 watt NPR station.

The program follows a three music set format, with music ranging anywhere from acoustic to punk, rock to "experimental." Regular bands/artists played on the show include (but are not limited to) The Mullets, Calico Jack, The October, and Ian Moore. All artists featured are from smaller independent labels, small backyard labels, or no labels at all.

Live acoustic sets have also been performed in the studio with both Chris Schweizer (of Calico Jack) and Dustin Burnett (of The October).

Me, trying to look cool, doing something at the board. Notice the running theme of "trying to look cool? Yeah, it's sad.
